There are no boundaries
Giving things a name, or label, makes it easier for humans to establish a mental connection to 'something'. It would be a challenge to address something that is too diffuse to make sense of. Hence we create sets of boundaries that can be labeled. In essence everything is made out of the same source. In the way I conduct shamanic dowsing, when I would like to establish a friendly 'mindmelt' with, let's say, the Spirit of Stone, in order to have a conversation about its unique perspective and particular knowledge, I do so from a perspective of knowing that this 'Spirit of Stone' I'm addressing is just a focal point within Source (or God or the Universe, pick your label).
When I connect to Spirit of Stone, I'm am reverting to working with manageable portions that narrow down the frequency level and intent of communication. Imagine if you will, that you are in a library filled to the brim with shelves and books. You want to connect with Spirit of Stone which is a chapter in a book somewhere. To find the chapter containing the information from the Spirit of Stone, you focus on what you think it is (to you!) thus applying boundaries and a label, and then let yourself be guided by means of dowsing to the right information/chapter.
It is only by narrowing down (and thus applying imaginary boundaries), that you have a clearer idea of the connection you want to establish. You still know that the chapter is part of the whole library but you want that specific information and tuning into the right 'address' helps. It is an aid. The chopping up in a set of boundaries serves a purpose. Once the chapter has been read, the best thing to do is to respectfully close the book, put it back on the shelf and find yourself returning to the awareness of the totality of this library. Where, by the way, you too are currently a chapter in a book, on the shelf of Life on Earth, in the greater library of One. We are all stories in the end, just make it a good one, yes?
